Ingredients
3 large red onions
2 large yellow onions
2 whites leeks
1/2. red wine vinegar
1/2c sugar
s&p to taste
Preparation
Juline onions and leeks, add vinegar and sugar, bring to a boil , simmer place parchment on top, cut a small hole to allow reduction, check every 20 minutes and stir till thick season to taste
