Ingredients

1 tsp. olive oil,

1 each small red, green and yellow bell peppers, cut into strips

4 garlic cloves, miced and divided

2 Tbspns mayonnaise

l/4 tspn crushed red pepper

1/8 tspn black pepper

1 12 oz. jar or 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained

l (1pound) pizza crust (such as Baboli or Mama Mary)

4 oz. crumbled feta cheese

1/2 tsp. dried thyme

Preparation

Heat oil in a medium skillet over mediam high heat. Add bell pepper strips, saute 3 minutes. Add half of minced garlic, aute 2 minutes. Remove from heat; set aside.

Place remaining garlic, mayonnaise, crushed red peppers, black pepper, and artichoke hearts in a food processor and process until finely chopped.

Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread artichoke mixture over pizza crust, leaving a 1/2 inch border; top with bell pepper mixture.

Sprinkle with feta cheese and thyme.

Bake at 450 F for 14 minutes or until crust is crisp.
