Ingredients
1 pound penne
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1 tbs fresh thyme leaves
1 tbs fresh rosemary choppped
1 tbs old bay seasoning
1 tsp pepper
1 tbs dried parsley or 2 tbs fresh chopped.
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced carrot.
salt to taste.
Preparation
Boil the penne until al dente about 8-9 minutes.Drain in colander and spray with cool water to chill. Place in large bowl.
Mix all remaining ingredients in med bowl. Fold into penne and stir until incorporated.
Chill at least 2 hours and serve.
