Ingredients
1 pound penne pasta
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1 tbs fresh thyme leaves
1 tbs fresh rosemary leaves
1 tbs old bay seasoning
1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
1 tbs fresh parsley chopped
1/2 cup red onion diced
1/2 cup celery diced
1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
1/2 cup carrot diced
Preparation
Boil the penne pasta for approx 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and spray with cold water,drain again.
Place pasta in large bowl. Mix with remaining ingredients season with some salt and pepper, Cover and chill.
Before serving re stir top with some chopped scallions and more mayo if necessary.
