Ingredients

Tilapia, perch, sole or any other delicate white fish, about 4 filets.

Olive oil

Lemon juice

capers

Preparation

Just pour a few glugs of olive oil into a large frying pan, add some lemon juice, and toss in a few spoonfuls of capers. Mix & saute it for just a few minutes until it sizzles, while getting the fish ready. Toss in the fish and saute it for a few minutes (it’s delicate and cooks pretty fast). Flip fish filets & saute another minute or two, watching texture to avoid overcooking.
