Ingredients
2 tilapia fillets
juice 1 lemon
1 tsp butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp. dried parsley
Cavendar’s seasoning (?1/2 tsp)
If available, might add Parmesan cheese.
Preparation
Preheat oven 375.
Heat in saute pan on medium (5) 1 Tsp olive oil 1 tsp butter most of juice of one-half lemon 1/2 tsp minced garlic (refrigerator) 1 tsp. dried parsley
Add 2 fillets. Squeeze rest of lemon on fillets. Sprinkle Cavendar’s seasoning on top.
Saute 3 minutes. Flip. Saute 3 minutes.
Transfer to baking dish, sprayed with PAM.
Crush 3 saltine crackers over top. (If available, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.)
Bake 375 degrees for 6 minutes.
