Ingredients
2 - 19oz. Generic BBQ sauce bottles
1 - 16 oz. beer (not dark)
1 - 12 oz. molasass
1 - 8 oz. strong coffee (espresso is best)
1 - 8 oz. beef broth
1 - cup dark brown sugar
1/3 - cup grated ginger
1/3 - cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 - cup white or cider apple vinegar
1 - large red onion chopped medium
1-2 chipoltle with adobe sauce
1 poblano chili chopped fine
1 habernero chili chopped fine
1 head of garlic (6tbsp.) chopped fine
zest and juice from - 2 oranges, 1 lime, 1 lemon
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 tbsp liquid smoke
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
heat oil in large 6 quart pot and brown onion, peppers and finally add garlic at the end until just soft. Add remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly (use a hand blender if you have one). Bring to a light boil then reduce heat to a simmer and reduce volume by 1/3.
