Ingredients
3 cups crab
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup Italian leaf parsley
juice of 1/2 lemon
3 minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 Baguetts
Preparation
Mix into crabmeat. Refrigerate for an hour. Serve with sliced toasted baguettes. I kind of burned ours—Brush oilve oil on one side and put under broiler until slightly (SLIGHTLY) toasted.
