Ingredients

4 cups milk

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

6 ounces bittersweet chocolate

Preparation

Combine first three ingredients in a medium saucepan. Heat just to boiling. Whisk in bittersweet (or semi-sweet) chocolate until melted and frothy.
