Ingredients
2 zucchini, halved lengthwise and cut in 1/4 inch slices
1 summer squash, thinly sliced
3/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
2 tablespoons garlic powder
onion
minced garlic
diced tomatoes
Preparation
1-Place all in a large sheet of aluminum foil, dot with butter. 2-Season with salt, peper, and garlic powder. Seal in the foil 3- Place the foil pack on the grill and cook 20 minutes.
