Ingredients

3 Eggs

3 Tablespoons Sugar

300 Grams Mascarpone Cheese

Lady Fingers from a real Italian Deli or

Stella Doro Margharites

2-3 ounces chocolate

about a cup of espresso

Preparation

Make Egg Mixture:

• Separate eggs • Mix yolks with Sugar • Add Mascarpone Cheese

• Whip egg whites until they are stiff • Fold egg whites into the cheese mixture

• Mince a couple of ounces of chocolate

To assemble:

• Soak ladyfingers briefly in espresso

• Place one layer of soaked ladyfingers in a bowl • Spoon cheese mixture over ladyfingers • Sprinkle with chocolate

Repeat layers (usually 3 layers total ~ end with chocolate)
