Ingredients
1 cup macarpone cheese
6 egg yolks
1 cup cream
1 cup sugar
1/8 cup Baileys
1/8 cup Kahula
1 cup COLD coffee
~10 oz sponge biscuits (Savaroti)
Chocolate powder for topping
Preparation
Whisk ingredients 1-5 together. The mixture should be stiff.
Combine 6 & 7. Briefly soak 8 with combined liquid.
Layer in a 3 X 8 X 8 inch glass dish: soaked 8 (on bottom), 1 to 5, soaked 8, 1 to 5, soaked 8, etc.
Sprinkle with chocolate. Leave to set for 2 hours in fridge.
