Ingredients

1/4 cup decaf espresso

3 tbsp brandy

1/4 cup Kahlua

1 lb soft mascarpone

6 egg yolks

6 tbsp sugar

6 egg whites

1 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp sugar

20 ladyfingers

shaved chocolate

Preparation

Mix coffee, brandy and Kahlua Cream together cheese egg yolks and 6 tbsp sugar. Fold in egg whites. In seperate bowl, whip 1 cup cream with 2 tbsp sugar. Dip 20 ladyfingers in coffee mixture. Layer ladyfingers, then cream cheese, then whipped cream, then shaved chocolate. Refrigerate at least 3 hrs.
