Ingredients
28 Oreos
1/4 c melted butter
12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
14 oz can light coconut milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crush cookies in blender – pulse until fine crumbs. Pour in melted butter and pulse into combined. Press crumbs into pie dish, using the bottom of a glass to apply pressure. Bake crust for 5 min. Let cool completely. Melt chocolate chips on stove/microwave, stirring constantly so as not to scorch. Pour in coconut milk, Stir thoroughly until completely smooth. Pour filling into crust and chill for 4 hours in fridge.
