Ingredients

1 egg

1 slice of bread (your choice)

some butter

syrup

Preparation

take a normal drinking glass, use it to cut a hole in the middle of a slice of bread. Heat up a fry pan, put butter in the pan. Place the slice of bread with the middle missing in the pan, brown on one side, flip over and crack egg into the hole in the middle. Cover pan and cook to your liking (runny to hard) Put on a plate, add syrup and dig in.
