Ingredients
For one sandwich: one piece of Fresh Skinless boneless Chicken breast.
Regular white or whole grain bread. (2 pieces for one person)
One avacado (sliced into strips)
Onion powder.
Garlic powder.
Sage.
salt.
Pepper.
Regular table Sugar.
Lettuce.
tomato (optional)
Preparation
Chicken: pour about 3 tablespoons of olive oil into a frying pan. fry chicken on stove until one side is somewhat cooked, flip and add a 2 pinches of garlic and onion powder. a dash of salt and pepper, a pinch of sage and about a table spoon of suger ON the chicken. flip and add same amount of salt, pepper, and sage on the other side of the chicken. Let fry untill completly cooked.
Bread: meanwhile, toast 2 slices of bread (close to the time the chicken is done)
Avacados: Slice avacados the long way about a 1/4 of an inch thick.
once the chicken is done place on toasted bread, add avacados, lettuce, and tomato.
You are done!!!
