Ingredients

4 slices of salmon

onions

garlic

tomatoes

celery

pinch of salt and pepper

1/2 cup of coconut milk

2 tbs oil

Preparation

Wash and drain fish Season fish with salt and pepper to taste dice onions and tomatoes slice garlic chop celery and set aside.

Heat oil and saute onion garlic and celery for one minute Add coconut milk and let simmer Add fish turning once and let cook for a total of five minutes both sides.

Serve over steamed rice, cous cous or boiled tarrow root or potatoes.
