Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter

3/4 cup evaporated milk (not sweetened condensed milk)

400 grams Toblerone bar, broken into chunks

Preparation

Line 8" square pan with parchment or wax paper, extending over sides. Place sugar, butter and milk in saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and stir until completely melted. Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and store in tightly covered container in the fridge.
