Ingredients
6 lg peaches (about 3.5.lb)
1/4 C Sugar
1/4 C Amaretto
2 Tbl Orange juice
1/2 tst Orange peel, finely grated
1 tsp Lemon peel, finely grated
1 C plus 2 Tbl toffee bits (Skor)
1/2 C Pecans, chopped
6 Tbl All purpose flour
4 1/2 Tbl Butter, chilled, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
Vanilla ice cream
Preparation
Place first 6 ingrediants in large bowl; toss to coat. Let stand azt room temp 30 min, tossing occasionally
Preheat oven to 350. Place toffee bits and next 3 ingrediants in processor. Using on/off turns, process topping until clumps form.Divid peach mixture equally between 6 1 1/4 C ramekins. Place ramekins on baking sheet. Sprinkle topping over peaches.
Bake crisps until juices bubble thickly and topping is crisp, about 1 hour. Cool slightly. Serve with ice cread.
