Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup whipping cream

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1 cup nuts

1 tbl butter

1 tbl vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar, cream and syrup on a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes. Stir in nuts, butter and vanilla. Spread on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Allow to harden. Break into pieces and store in a refirgerator.
