1 tsp paprika
1 egg
1/3 cup olive oil
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tbs worcheshire sauce
peels of 1 carrot
1 green bell pepper, minced
1/2 cup chopped scallions
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
red pepper flakes
salt
1/6 cup red wine

Mix it all together
