Ingredients

1 lb tofu without water

1 egg - stirred

1/3 cup olive oil

1 1/2 cup bread crumbs

2 tbs worcheshire sauce

2 tablespoons bbq sauce

peels of carrots

1 red bell pepper - minced

1/2 cup scallions - chopped

1/3 cup cilantro - chopped finely

2 cloves garlic

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp ground coriander

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1 teaspoon salt

2 tbs red wine

Preparation

Mix all together. Form patties and grill or fry in a skillet.
