Ingredients
-2 tbsp olive oil (you can also use other oils such as vegetable, canola, etc.)
-1/3 cup extra firm tofu, cut into cm squares
-1/4 cup chickpeas
-1 tsp dried basil leaves
-A sprinkle of Eden Organic Garlic Gomasio (which consists of sesame seeds, sea salt and garlic)
-A sprinkle of Spike Gourmet Natural seasoning (an all-purpose seasoning)
Preparation
-Put oil, basil, Spike seasoning, and Garlic Gomasio into a saucepan and begin heating over medium heat -After about 2 min, or when oil is hot, add tofu and chickpeas -Stir everything together in order to coat the tofu and chickpeas, then leave for about 2-3 min, or until one side of tofu is brown -Stir again, then make sure the brown sides of the tofu are now facing up. Leave for another 2-3 min, or until other side is brown
