Ingredients
2 cups cooked collard greens(or other type)
1 1/2 cups no/low sodium salsa
1/2 block soft tofu
4oz can no salt mushrooms
1 teaspoon black pepper(optional)
2 teaspoons garlic(optional)
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash(optional)
Preparation
Place tofu in pan at medium heat and smash into pieces, add spices, cut greens into shreds and add to pan, add salsa and mushrooms. Put heat on low and simmer for 30 minutes.
