Ingredients

1/2 pkg, tofu, well drained and dried (use paper towels, if needed)

2 eggs

1 T soy sauce

1/2 C chopped walnuts

2 T oil

1 1/2 C chopped onion

3/4 C chopped celery

1 can sliced mushrooms

1 envelope onion soup mix

1/2 t oregano, basil, ground cumin

big handful of parsley, chopped

2 T paremesan cheese

1 1/2 bread crumbs

Preparation

Blend in food processor first four items

Saute the next four

Mix in bowl the next five and then, mix all together.

Bake for 45 minutes. Let stand in oven for ten minutes.
