Ingredients
8oz firm tofu
1/4 cp ground walnuts
1/4 cp rolled oats (I blend to make course crumbs)
2 TB whole wheat flour (or more rolled oats/crumbs)
1 TB chopped parsley (dried)
1/4 cp minced onion
1/2 tsp oregano (can add more)
1/2 tsp. basil (can add more)
1 -2 tsp. low-sodium tamari or shoyu (optional)
Preparation
1 - Mix all ingredients very well, using hands if necessary.
2- Form into 2" balls.
3 - Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. (Put Pam in bottom of pan so won’t stick).
4 - Bake for 30-35 minutes or until lightly golden.
