Ingredients

Tofu

Apple Juice

Apple Cider Vinegar

Garlic Powder

Corn Starch

Olive Oil

Preparation

Cut tofu into nugget sized pieces~aprox. 1in. x 2in.

Mix Apple Juice with a touch of Apple Cider Vinegar and Garlic Powder.

Marinate Tofu in Apple Juice mix for an hour or two.

Take Tofu out of Juice, pat dry and coat with corn starch.

Heat frying pan to medium heat with generous coat of Olive Oil.

Pan fry tofu until golden brown on all sides.

Enjoy with your favorite dip! My favorite is Sweet and Sour sauce!
