Ingredients

1 Block Tofu 1/2 cup salad oil 2 cloves garlic crushed 1/2 cup shoyu 1/2 cup green onions chopped 1 can white crab meat 1 medium round onion sliced 1 medium tomato sliced 1 medium head lettuce sliced

Preparation

Sauce; Heat oil and saute garlic. Turn heat off then add shoyu and green onions. Let Cool. Slice tofu into cubes and lay in dish or pan. Layer onions, tomato and crab meat. Pour cooled sauce over it and refrigerate. chill for twenty minutes and garnish with lettuce
