Ingredients
3 oz lite tofu
1/3 cup cottage cheese
4oz buttermik
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 whole banana
1 rounded tablespoon wheat germ
1 tablespoon inulin (fiber supplement)
may sweeten with Splenda if necessary
Preparation
Place all in a blender and whip until smooth. Makes about two 6-8 oz glasses. Will keep about 1 day
