Ingredients
2 cups lettuce
1 1/2 cups veggies or tomotaos
1 cup legmuses or extra firm tofu
1 sliced hard-boiled egg.
Preparation
mix the lettuce,egg,veggies,and legmuses in a large bowl.Mix the vinegar,oil,and pepper in a small blowl.Toss dressing into saled and mix the whole thing up.
