Ingredients
6 eggs
2 1/4 cups superfine sugar, divided
small pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup powdered milk
boiling water
rum brandy, or whiskey as you prefer
nutmeg to taste
Preparation
In a small blow, beat eggs yolks until thick and set aside In a large bowl, beat egg whites with electric blender until stiff peaks form. Fold in 1/2 cup suger slowly Fold the beaten egg yolks into egg whites Add remaining sugar, salt and vanilla extract Slowly and gradually fold in the powdered milk Store in refrigerator up to one week. Mix if separated. To make a drink, add hot water and spirits to 2-3 spoonsful of Tom and Jerry Mix
