Ingredients
300g of Farfalle (Bow tie Pasta)
1 packet of Tom Yam paste
2 Crushed Garlic
5 Small shrimps
250 grams of chicken1
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
A pinch of a salt and pepper
2 small Coriander leaves for garnishing
1 spoons of olive oil.
INGREDIENT FOR TOM YAM PASTE to make from scratch
lightly crushed lemon grass
Fresh root ginger
2-3 sliced thinly
Nam Prik Plao 1-2 tablespoon
2 tablespoon of Fish sauce
1 medium lime
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
Preparation
1)Cook the pasta in boiling water for 4-8 min. Drain and run it under tap water. Keep it aside.
Add olive oil, and fry the garlic until slightly brown. Add the tom yam paste in with the chicken and the shrimp fry for another 1-2 min.
Add the pasta and mix well. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, pepper.
Garnish the dish by placing the shrimp at the side and coriander leaves on the top of the pasta
serve while hot
