Ingredients
8 to 12 tomatillos
4 to 6 serrano, jalapeno, or habaneros peppers
2 or 3 table spoons olive oil
1 table spoon honey
cracked pepper
green or half yellow onion
2 to 3 garlic cloves
cilantro
salt to taste
Preparation
-cut tomatillos in half and roast in oven till blackened -along with tomatillo roast chosen pepper. halved or whole. -place roasted tomatillos and pepper in blender -add garlic, onions, cilantro, olive oil and honey in blender. -pepper and salt to taste -serve as a salsa for dip, tacos, etc..
