Ingredients

1 16oz box Penne

1tsp olive oil

1tsp. garlic

a few leaves fresh basil chopped

salt and pepper to taste

4 Ripe Plum Tomatoes, diced

1/2 lb Feta, chopped

Preparation

Bring water to a boil to cook the penne. While penne cooks, saute olive oil, garlic, and basil for one minute in a large skillet over medium heat. Add tomatoes. After about 3 minutes add Feta and lower heat. Once pasta has drained add it to tomatoes and feta. Continue to heat for just a minute or two while you coat the pasta with your tomatoe and feta sauce.
