Ingredients
4 Large tomatoes, cubed
1 medium red onion, sliced thin
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Dressing
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
Preparation
Combine first 3 ingredients in large salad bowl. Sprinkle with feta. Whisk dressing ingredients together to blend. Pour over salad.
