Ingredients
3 Tomatoes, chopped
1 medium size cucumber, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesean
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
pinch of sugar
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 bag fresh spinach
Preparation
Mix first 9 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Chill if desired. Serve with Spinach.
