Ingredients

1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust (from a 2-crust box found with the biscuits)

1.5 cups grated mozzarella cheese, divided

2-3 tomatoes, sliced

4 teaspoons fresh basil, chopped (can sub 2 teaspoons dried)

4 teaspoons garlic, minced

1/2 cup mayonaise

1/4 cup grated parmesan

1/8 teaspoon white pepper (or more)

Preparation

Thaw pie dough to room temperature, unroll and press into ungreased glass pie dish. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of mozzarella on dough and top with sliced tomatoes, basil and garlic. Mix remaining mozzarella, mayo, parmesan and pepper in a bowl, then spread on top of tart. Bake 35-40 mins at 375 degrees.
