Ingredients

1/2 white onion minced (1/2 cup)

2 TBL lime juice

1 medium tomato

2 medium ripe avacados

1 or 2 serrano chilies finely minced

2 TBL chopped cilantro

kosher salt to taste

Preparation

Mix the white onion and lime juice then set aside.

Core and cut tomato into 1/4 inch dice

Cut avocado’s in half, remove seeds, scoop out the flesh and cut flesh into 1/2 inch dice.

Put all ingredients together in bowl. Taste for seasoning and add more salt, lime juice, or minced chili’s as needed.

Cover tightly with plastic wrap and let sit AT LEAST 1/2 hour before serving.
