Ingredients

5 fresh ripe tomatoes

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon tomato paste

2 tablespoons cliantro, coarsely chopped

1 teaspoon fresh garlic

Dash cayenne pepper

2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

Preparation

Peel, core and seed the tomatoes. Purée in a food processor. Add avocados, garlic and cilantro and process till smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into the bowl of ice cream machine and freeze.
