Ingredients
1 lb. Brie or Camebert cheese- rind removed and cut into small pieces
4 large tomatoes- coarsely chopped
1 cup fresh basil - chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
3 garlic cloves -pressed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 lb. cooked linguine
shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
In a large serving bowl coming eht first seven ingredients. Let stand at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain.
Toss linguine with cheese mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
