Ingredients

3 ripe tomatoes

1 cup plain yogurt

1 cup grated cheddar

1 cup grated mozzarella

7-9 fresh sweet basil leaves, chopped

pie crust

1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325. Lightly brush pie crust with olive oil and warm in oven 5 min. Allow pie crust to cool and set aside. In mixing bowl, mix yogurt, cheese, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper. Slice tomoatoes and layer in pie crust with basil leaves, white pepper, and salt. Cover tomotatoes with cheese and yogurt mixture, sprinkle with Tony’s and garnish with basil. Bake 25min. Allow pie to cool before serving.
