Ingredients
1 load sweet italian bread
2 TBL olive oil
4 TBL pesto sauce
4-5 ripe tomatoes -sliced
1 cup finley shredded mozzarella cheese
basil
Preparation
slice loaf of bread in half - lengthwise spread olive oil 1 TBL spoon of olive oil on each half of bread spread 2 TBL pesto sauce on each half of bread layer each half of bread with the tomatoes evenly sprinkle with cheese and basil, grill on foil till cheese is melted
