Ingredients
4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
3 large fresh mozzarella balls, sliced
Several fresh basil leaves
Balasamic vinegar
olive oil
Pepper, freshly ground
Sliced Fresh Italian Bread
Preparation
Slice the tomatoes. Slice the Fresh mozzarella. Destem the basil leaves. Place a slice of tomato, a slice of cheese and a basil leaf. Keep doing the same until all gone. Sprinke with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Sprinke freshly ground pepper over all of it. A pretty platter. Serve with sliced italian bread
