Ingredients
2 medium tomatoes
2 pods garlic
1 green chilli
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2eggs
2 tsp sunflower oil
optional a slice or cube of any cheese
Preparation
chop the tomatoes, garlic, green chilli finely. heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the tomatoes until soft, add the chopped garlic and green chilli and fry for 6 seconds. lower the flame and break the eggs into the mixture, stir the egg into the tomato, add the powders,[ add grated cheese now if using] give it a stir and take off the stove. serve with buttered toast, or as a filling for a sandwich.
