Ingredients

1 box of Penne or Rigatoni

8 - 10 Fresh Tomatoes (so good if from your garden!)

8 oz. package of Mozzerella (cubed)

about 10 fresh leaves of Basil (to taste - I like a lot of basil w/ the tomatoes)

4 large cloves of garlic diced well

salt & pepper

1/4 Cup of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation

Cut the tomatoes into small chunks and place in a large bowl. Add garlic, mozzerella, basil, and oil. Toss and let it sit while you prepare the pasta. After you drain the pasta, toss it with the tomato dressing in a large pasta bowl. Salt & Pepper to taste.
