Ingredients
4 large tomatoes sliced thinly
2 white sweet onions sliced thinly and in rings
1 1/2 tablespoons oregano
1/2 cup cidar vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
salt to taste
sprinkle with freshly ground pepper or you may substitute
Italion dressing for the vinegar and oil.
Preparation
Wash and slice tomatoes and onions. Mix vinegar and oil, add oregano and salt and pepper or substitute Italion dressing as desired. This salad improves by letting it stand for an hour or two before serving.
