Ingredients
4 medium ripe tomatoes
4 medium banana peppers
garlic to taste
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
oregano
Preparation
slice up tomatoes and banana peppers. Place a generous amount (1/4 cup) of olive oil in a pan add garlic and saute 2 to 3 minutes add oregano tomatoes and banana peppers saute another 5 to 6 minutes adding salt and pepper to taste. Serve as a dip or topping to toasted bread.
