Ingredients

1 deep dish 9" pie shell

Dijon mustard

4-5 tomatoes peeled and sliced

Basil to taste

Onion powder to taste

cheddar cheese

mayonnaise

Preparation

Brush inside and bottom of pie crust with Dijon mustard Place sliced tomatoes in layer almost to the top of the shell Sprinkle generously with basil and onion powder Combine Cheddar Cheese with mayonnaise and spread on top of pie sealing all edges Bake at 350 degress for 30 mins or until top is bubbling hot
