2 Baked 9 Inch pie crust

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

6 tsp Fresh Basil

1 cup chopped onions

3 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

1 Cup Mayo

Preparation

Preheat 350 slice tomato into 1/2 in slices drain tomato on paper towel for 20 min cover bottom of baked crust with tomato sprinkle salt, pepper, and basil sprinkle onion on top combine cheese and mayo spread mixture over onions do not press down

Bake 30-35 min. sit 20 min
