Ingredients

I clove garlic

5 kalamata (or gaeta) olives

A few capers

A couple slices small, red pepper

Olive oil

Some tomato sauce from a can to equal the number of servings you intend.

Preparation

Heat olive oil and add garlic (smashed), olives (chopped), capers and the small piece of pepper. Let cook until smell of garlic. Add tomato sauce, simmer a while. Add small chopped tomato, simmer some more. Serve with pasta or store in “frig.
